Stephan Pyles for Cowboys & Indians Magazine

I had the pleasure of working with the publication Cowboys & Indian’s a few months ago as we photographed a Western Gourmet Food editorial for the December issue of the magazine. This specific photoshoot featured Stephan Pyles at his downtown restaurant, Samar. It seems fitting as “he’s been credited by Bon Appetit with “almost single-handedly changing the cooking scene in Texas,” recognized as one of the founders of Southwestern cuisine, and reputed to have put Dallas on the country’s culinary map.” Amazing food, talented chef, great art directors… sneak peek!
