Christina Tosi of Momofuku Milk Bar :: Austin Food & Wine Festival

May 2, 2013

Saturday of the Austin Food & Wine Festival we had a chance to sit down with the very talented Christina Tosi of Momofuku Milk Bar in New York City. Not only is Christina utterly charming, smart, captivating, but she also produces incredibly delectable treats with ease! Thanks Christina for spending the time to teach us how to recreate your amazing cakes at home and for being such a talented chef to work with! Enjoy the images! AFWF-ChristinaTosi{ClaireMcCormackPhotography2013}-9555 AFWF-ChristinaTosi{ClaireMcCormackPhotography2013}-9568Claire McCormack Photograph 2013

Holy moly — what kind of cake did she make? Her crack pie is off the chain, good thing there’s not a location here in Dallas or I’d eat it every week!

Joy! I agree- the cake was amazing! It was a yellow cake with chocolate chips and a agave nectar I believe! It was wonderful!!!! GREAT thing we don’t have a Momofuku Milk Bar in Dallas 🙂 We’d be in trouble!

I was on a shoot with Christina on Bon Appetit a few years ago (featuring her crack pie and blueberry cream cookies). Not only was she was a great sport (she let us throw potato chips at her!) she brought us a bunch of her tasty treats. She is so creative and talented!

I don’t create a bunch of responses, however after looking at through a few of the responses here Christina Tosi of Momofuku Milk Bar :: Austin Food & Wine Festival | claire mccormack photography | dallas & worldwide | food photographer. Could it be simply me or does it give the impression like some of these comments look like
