The Rustic & Pat Green | Dallas, Texas

October 7, 2013

THE RUSTIC DEBUTS LOCAL FOOD & LIVE MUSIC OCTOBER 16th.

The Rustic is the newest venture for restauranteurs Kyle Noonan and Josh Sepkowitz of FreeRange Concepts who also own Bowl & Barrel (Park Lane) & Mutts Cantina (Uptown). This time they are focusing on a restaurant & bar with a live music venue and the duo has partnered on the project with Texas musician, none other than, Pat Green.

The doors will officially open for dinner next Wednesday, October 16th. However, this weekend is jam-packed with pre-opening festivities including a VIP kick off concert Friday night with Pat Green,  a sneak peek dinner service with live music on Saturday, a TX/OU watch party on Saturday, and a Cowboys watch party on Sunday. (With inside seating for 250 and outside seating for 300 more.)

I loved working with this team for the food photography and below are some sneak peeks from what you’ll see when you stop in to eat, drink and catch some great concerts!! Until then, get ready for wild boar meatballs and molasses-brined quail and up to 40 beers on tap and cocktails made with locally distilled spirits.

Enjoy!
