Sambuca Restaurant :: Uptown Dallas

November 27, 2013

I had the pleasure of working with Sambuca Restaurant last week, to photograph the new menu that was being unveiled that day. First of all, it all looks amazing…. But secondly, get ready for a new focus!

Replacing standard large plates and entrees, you’ll now find loads of small plates for sharing, with nibbles and tasty bites throughout the new menus that hit restaurants in Plano, Houston, Dallas and Nashville. Of course you can still get many of your classic Sambuca favorites, but be sure to try the new additions ranging from Lobster Tempura, Chicken Fried Oysters in the shell, Seared Duck Breast, and Niman Ranch Pork Belly. Sambuca also is offering a new menu of handcrafted cocktails ranging from Cool Cucumber Martini’s to Agave Nectar Margarita’s. Enjoy this sneak peek of images from the photoshoot and enjoy their new menu.
